After being lazy with art for about 4 years (dood omfg im 20 now how the hell did that happen), I am going to be a junior next year. So, I have to pick an offical concentration in art. I decided I will be an illustration major. O.o" Which I was told is hella hard but, whatever! I am going to spend the summer practicing and refining the messy shit I call "my style".

Funny part is, I think half the reason I'm so crazy about this is because I seriously want to prove a few people wrong about me. A few of my friends seem to think that I am not very serious about art. That I spend too much time playing games and crap to actually do any work. I am not saying they are completely wrong. But, I do a lot of stuff I just don't spend any amount of time on one thing.

I will try to get a whole brand new portfolio created over this summer of just new work. Mostly I will be working on illustrations and cartoons. I have had a few ideas for some projects. I want to do a serious about Baltimore Life and a series called Pax Americana which is like a social commentary series. I might even start a graphic novel.

My main goals are basically everything I do needs to be resolved and completed. It had to have a background and has to be porprotionally and perspectively correct. These are just goals but I am hoping to get this done.

As just a taste of what I am starting I did the Baltimore: Believe peice. I really think that is a stupid slogan. No one BELIEVES IN BELIEVE. T_T" What a waste of bumper space on so many cars. Atleast you get some free trash cans.
